Farther locations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Additional travel fees apply for consultations and seminars outside of service area.

CANCELLATION
Please choose your consulting dates carefully. In order to keep the case load small for personalized attention, I am unable to accommodate cancellations and payment for training services is non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice. I appreciate your understanding.
BEHAVIOR DISCLAIMER
Animal behavior is subject to many factors, including genetics, environment, and past experiences. Trial and troubleshooting may be required to find a plan that works for your family. Using modern, science-based methods, results can be expected but are not guaranteed.
COVID-19 POLICY
Everyone who attends the appointment is required to be vaccinated for COVID. Masks are optional. Please let me know if anyone in the family has been exposed to COVID or is feeling unwell, and I will gladly reschedule. I will do the same.
